Biography

Gustav Delp was killed together with his pilot Leutnant Wolfgang Wenning when his Messerschmitt Me 410 (9K + ZP) of II. / Kampfgeschwader 51 collided with the Airspeed Oxford LX196 piloted by P/O Gregor Stephen Moore. Delp lies buried at the German cemetery in Cannock Chase, Staffordshire, Block 3, Grave 79.
