Biography

Reiner Dierksen was killed on May 15th, 1943, when his submarine, "U 176", was sunk by the Cuban Coastal Patrol ship "CS13" at 23.21N / 80.18W, Northeast of Havana. At that moment he had sunk a total op 10 ships with a combined tonnage of 45.850BRT and damaged a ship of 7.457BRT, during 3 operational sails (216 days at sea).
