Plaque Ernst Weiß

This plaque commemorates Ernst Weiß, who have lived here. He was doctor and a famous writer in Germany and Austria. Because he was Jewish, he emigrated to France.
On 15 June 1940, when he saw the German soldiers marching along his hotel in Paris, he committed suicide.
