Plaque Ulrich von Hassell

This plaque commemorates Ulrich von Hassell, a politician who lived here. He was arrested because of his involvement in the assault on Hitler. Together with Carl Goerdeler, Wilhelm Leuschner and others he was sentenced to death and executed the same day, on 8 September 1944.
