Lancaster Memorial 1942-1992

This memorial was erected in 1992. It commemorates the crash of a Lancaster bomber in the night of 13 to 14 September 1942, on its way to Berlin.

The 7-headed crew was killed and is buried on Nieuwehorne General Cemetery.
