War Memorial Nieuw-Vossemeer

A wooden cross serves as a monument for those that fell during the Second World War. On the cross a small plaque has been attached with a text that can be translated as follows:

In memory
of our victims
1940 – 1945

The resistance fighter R. Elling from Lepelstraat has also been executed on this very spot.
