Fort bij Abcoude
The "Fort bij Abcoude (Fort at Abcoude)" was built in 1884-1887 as part of the Stelling van Amsterdam (Defence Line of Amsterdam, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
The fort was mobilized both in 1914-1918 and in 1940.
