Russian War Graves Vilnius
(Lithuania - Vilnius)
The Antakalnis cemetery contains a military plot with Russian war graves from the Second World War. There are 2,906 soldiers and officers from the 3rd Bellorussian Front buried here. They fell in July 1944 during heavy fighting for Vilnius. There are also 86 partisans and about 150 revolutionaries, social activists and cultural figures buried here.
