German War Cemetery Donsbrüggen
On Donsbrüggen German War Cemetery (Kriegsgräberstätte) 2381 casualties from the Second World War are buried. Most om them were German soldiers who died in hospitals in Kleve or civilians who died because of the bombing of Kleve on 07/10/1944 (about 400). About 200 casualties were workers from different cuntires who build the Westwall.
