Commonwealth War Grave Liedekerke

On the old cemetery of Liedekerke is the grave of Flying Officer Gaston Mertens, RAF 320 Dutch Squadron.
On January 13, 1945 he flow to Germany as a navigator, but his plane collided with another plane above Manderfeld, Germany. The entire crew fell there.
