Belgians Memorial Amersfoort

This Memorial is a gift from Belgium to the Netherlands for the assistance provided to the Belgian refugees during the Great War (World War I).

There are two plaques applied to the Belgian Monument in Amersfoort on 22-11-1938.
This is done by King Leopold III of Belgium in the presence of Queen Wilhelmina.
The plaques of gratitude of the Belgian population for all the help and support they have received in the Netherlands in the First World War between 1914 and 1918.
