Memorial Aachen Pilgrimage 1937

This plaque commemorates the Aachen Pilgrimage of 1937. About 800.000 Catholics went to Aachen in een quiet protest against the National-Socialists. During the pilgrimage where were many gatherings of opponents of the Nazis.

The plaque is part of the project "Wege Gegen Das Vergessen" (Ways Against Forgetting).
