War Memorial Polderweg Amsterdam

On one wall of the Montessori College Oost in Amsterdam is a plaque commemorating the Jewish victims of WWII. The Polderweg was in the Second World War one of the places in Amsterdam where the Jewish people were gathered to deport to concentration camps.

The plaque was unveiled on 24-05-2006 by Mrs. Ruth Wallage, a survivor of Auschwitz Camp.
The text on the monument of Huub van der Lubbe, lead singer of De Dijk.
