Dutch War Graves Marum

(Netherlands, the - Groningen - Marum)

On the Western Cemetery next to the church of Marum is a collective grave for 16 citizens of Marum who were executed on 03/05/1943 because they took part on the April-Mei-strike of 1943.

There is also the grave of Roelof Appelhof, he was a farmer and resistance fighter.
He died in Hamburg-Neuengamme op 24-02-1945, age 30.
