On Hout-Blerick Roman Catholic Churchyard stands a memorial marking the graves of four Dutch soldiers, together with one British airman.

Gerardus Andreas Antonius Engels, died in Venlo, 21-11-1944, age 29
Andreas Johannes Gerardus Hermans, died in Venlo, 16-04-1945, age 26
Louis Himpers, died in Venlo, 04-04-1945, age 26
George Antonie Schuite, died in Blerick, 18-03-1945, age 22.
