Memorial 2nd Division Omaha Beach

(France - Basse-Normandie - Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer)

The 2nd US Infantry Division "Indianhead" landed here on 6 June 1944. This memorial is dedicated to the efforts of this division during the liberation of Western Europe and reads:
