Museum Wings to Victory

(Netherlands, the - Zeeland - Arnemuiden)

The foundation Wings to Victory has since some time its own home in a nissenhut. One part of the nissenhut is decorated as a museum and part storage of aircraft. Currently, work is the next building, a wooden dispersalhut RAF.
Further activities organized by Wings to Victory are research, excavations, flying for commemorations, events, recording of information and stories.
There is also currently working on a database of all aircraft accidents in South - West Netherlands.

Pictures nrs. 2 and 3: The latest acquisition of the museum in 2010 is an Taylorcraft Auster Mk v 1944 PH-NET in RAF livery. This aircraft has been actively involved in the Normandy operation. The Auster is painted in the invasion stripes and is a flying memorial for all airmen of World War Two.
