Liberation Tree Ermelo

This Red Beech Tree (Fargus sylvatica 'Atropurpurea') was planted on May 4th 1946 to commemorate the liberation of the Netherlands one year earlier.
The beech tree stands in the opposite of the railway station of Ermelo.
