Baugnez 44 Historical Center
(Belgium - Liège - Baugnez)
On 17th December 1944 SS men of Kampfgruppe Peiper murdered 84 American POW’s.
As a way of perpetuating the memory of the massacre at Baugnez, the museum is built on this spot.
The "Baugnez 44 Historical Center" features several dioramas including one on the massacre. Visitors are also be able to view Word War Two material and original wartime documents several of which are directly liked to the massacre. They see also films and photographs of personnel as well as wartime vehicles and mannequins.
