Soviet War Cemetery 138th Rifle Brigade

This war cemetery contains 2 mass graves. In one of these graves are buried about 1,000 killed Red Army soldiers and officers. There is no information about the second one. The text on the memorial reads:
"For the soldiers and officers of the 138th Red Banner-rifle Division, who fell in the fighting for Stalingrad in 1942 - 1943."

A third mass grave is located on the shores of the Volga, containing the remains of the fallen telecommunication troops of this division.
