Church of Sveti Urh
(Slovenia - Ljubljana)
During the Second World War, this church served as stronghold of the fascist White Guard and from 1943 of the Slovene Home Guard. It also served as headquarters of the Italian and German army. The church is notorious because of the torture and execution of many communist partisans who were imprisoned there.

It has been restored recently of its war damage.
